Exercise Tip Thursdays!



Starting today, every Thursday I will be posting a new exercise for you to try. Hopefully you learn something new to bring to your current workout! Today's Exercise of the week comes from ACE Fitness and uses a stability ball. We target the butt and abdominals. There are two different exercises in this video. Try one or both out and let me know what you think!
