Week 4, Day 6

As of 2 days ago I had 1.5lbs left to reach my pre-pregnancy weight goal. Then I ended up with what I think is/was the stomach flu and as of this morning surpassed my goal, getting near my ideal weight (1.5lbs from my ideal weight). While getting sick isn't a healthy way to lose weight, getting passed my goal weight made me realize that I would like to get down to my ideal weight so I am going to continue working hard to get there. I know my weight will probably go up a bit once my appetite is back, but I'm not worried about that because I am still counting calories and burning 3500 calories each week!

I practiced my BOSU routine today!
