Week 4, Day 2

Got on the elliptical this morning! And I am hoping to practice my BOSU routine tonight - if I do I will update my calorie burn. I was hungry last night and was up trying to get a few things done before I went to bed so I ended up snacking and didn't make very good choices. My weight went up a bit more. But I am back on track today and super motivated to get my weight back down. At least my weight didn't go back up to the start!!!
