My foot has still been bothering me, so today I went to see a chiropractor who used active release techniques to help resolve my injury. Right away I could walk normally without any pain. So of course I went straight to the elliptical, but I wasn't able to stay at the gym much longer so I didn't get a long workout in. We'll see if I am able to workout tomorrow; I was told I may need to take it easy.
