Losing My Baby Weight

After having my daughter I started losing the weight I gained during the pregnancy pretty fast. Then after 2 months I hit a plateau with 5lbs remaining. It has been 4 months and still no progress. I have tried counting calories, but my desire to eat more seems to be winning. So now I am starting this challenge. 3500 calories equals one pound of fat. So I figure if I can burn at least 3500 calories a week I am bound to lose some weight. Plus, the time I am spending working out means I am not snacking! I have started Day 1. And every day I will post here to track my progress. For anyone else interested in joining the challenge post your progress with me!

On a side note: I am also trying to drink 8 cups of water a day. So I will be noting that in here too!

Drank 8 cups of water! - Bought a new water bottle from Target that I LOVE! It has definitely helped!
